Your documents

All the paperwork you need as a FixIt employee is in one place in your account — from the monthly výplatnice (payslip) to the statement you need for your tax return. You do not have to request them; FixIt creates them automatically.

Where to find the documents

All documents are in your account in the Documents section. You can view them and download them as PDF. They are created automatically — you do not request the payslip or the statement anywhere.

What you will find in Documents

The Documents section gathers the paperwork for your employment and for your payouts.

  1. Výplatnice (payslip)

    A monthly payslip with a breakdown of pay, tax and contributions. Created for each monthly payout.

  2. Potvrzení o zdanitelných příjmech

    An annual statement of taxable income for the tax return — it summarises how much you earned and what was paid. You use it when you file your return.

  3. Prohlášení poplatníka

    The signed taxpayer declaration (the "pink form") as a PDF, if you signed it with FixIt.

  4. DPP contract

    Your work-performance agreement signed via BankID.

  5. BOZP certificates

    Records of occupational-safety training, including validity.

When you need which document

You get the výplatnice on a rolling basis every month — handy for keeping track of your pay and, say, for a loan application. You will most appreciate the potvrzení o zdanitelných příjmech around tax-return time: it lets you include your FixIt income in the return and potentially recover the withheld tax.

For the tax return

If you file a tax return for the year 2026, the potvrzení o zdanitelných příjmech is ready in the Documents section. You do not have to request it — you download it when you need it.

FAQ

Do I have to request the payslip or the statement?
No. FixIt creates both documents automatically — the výplatnice for each monthly payout, and the potvrzení o zdanitelných příjmech for the whole year. You find them in the Documents section and download them as PDF.
What is the potvrzení o zdanitelných příjmech for?
It is an annual statement from the employer of how much you earned and what was paid from your pay. You use it when filing a tax return — for example to claim credits retroactively and recover the withheld tax.
Where do I find the signed DPP contract?
In the Documents section of your account. Your work-performance agreement is there, with the signature, ready to view and download any time.
