  1. registering for the competition through the FixIt website/app or another channel designated by the organizer,

  3. providing the organizer with required information (at minimum: name, surname, email/phone).

After completing these steps, the participant receives a base of 50 points.

During the competition period, participants can earn points for the following activities (hereinafter "point-earning activities"):

1. Profile Completion / Information Sharing

  • filling in required information in the FixIt account (e.g., location, housing type, service preferences),
  • for complete profile filling, the participant receives 100 points,
  • The organizer may specify which fields must be filled in to qualify for points.

2. Referring a New Player (Player Referral)

  • participants can invite others to join the competition using their unique referral code,
  • points are awarded only if:
    • the new person registers using this code,
    • meets the participation conditions per Article 3,
    • and earns at least 50 points through basic registration (name, surname, verified phone number / email),
  • for each validly registered player, the referring participant receives 30 points.

Participants are required to send invitations only to people who can reasonably be expected to want the invitation and must not spam anyone unsolicited.

3. Referring a Partner - Tradesperson / Company ("FixIt Partner")

  • participants can recommend a person / company providing craft or other services suitable for the FixIt platform,
  • points are awarded only if:
    • the partner signs a cooperation agreement with the organizer based on the participant's recommendation,
  • for each partner acquired this way, the participant receives 100 points.
  • The organizer is entitled to request proof that the partner was actually recommended by a specific participant (e.g., by providing the referral code).

4. Sharing Competition Content on Social Networks

Participants can earn points for sharing selected FixIt competition content on their profile (e.g., Instagram Stories, Feed, TikTok, Facebook).

The specific type of content (reel, post, story) and required tags (e.g., @fixit.app, #FixItSoutez) will be specified by the organizer during the competition.

Points will be awarded only for:

  • publicly visible posts for at least 24 hours (unless the organizer specifies otherwise),
  • meeting all sharing conditions set by the organizer (including proper FixIt profile tagging).

The first publicly visible competition post by a participant that contains the required FixIt tag and where the participant also follows the official FixIt profile on that social network earns the participant 20 points.

Each subsequent valid competition post by the same participant meeting the above conditions earns 10 points.

The organizer is entitled to set a maximum number of competition posts for which points can be earned in a single day or throughout the competition.

5. Other Activities

The organizer may announce additional point-earning activities during the competition (e.g., participation in offline events, completing short surveys, participating in mini-tasks). Conditions and point values will always be published at www.fixit.app/soutez or on official FixIt profiles.

4.3 Point Validity and Fraudulent Behavior

  1. Points are credited to the participant's personal competition account.
  2. The organizer is entitled to not award or deduct points if:
    • the activity was performed in violation of these rules,
    • automated tools or other fraudulent methods were used (fake accounts, bot networks, fictitious referrals, etc.),
    • the referred person or partner does not fully meet the conditions for point allocation.
  3. Points are not legally enforceable and do not represent financial value in themselves.

5. Competition Evaluation and Prizes

The competition has two components:

  1. Main game for a cash prize of 49,999 CZK based on guessing a six-digit code.
  2. Lottery of participants based on the leaderboard for material prizes.

Both parts run simultaneously as one competition.

5.1 Main Prize - 49,999 CZK for Guessing the Code

  1. The main game involves guessing the correct six-digit code that opens the "briefcase" with the main prize of 49,999 CZK (in words: forty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Czech crowns).
  2. During the competition period, participants can obtain clues and hints for assembling the code, especially through:
    • solving FixIt competition levels,
    • collecting points and following the organizer's competition content.
  3. Physical code entry will take place on only one day, namely on July 28, 2026 (hereinafter "Final Day"), in person at the briefcase at a location designated by the organizer. The exact location and time will be announced at least 7 days in advance on official FixIt channels.
  4. On this Final Day, each participant who has met the participation conditions according to these rules has the right to come to the designated briefcase and attempt to enter the six-digit code. The organizer is entitled to:
    • limit to 2 attempts per person,
    • set additional organizational conditions (for safety, capacity reasons, etc.).
  5. These conditions will be published in advance at www.fixit.app/soutez or another official organizer channel.
  6. The main prize of 49,999 CZK will be won by the participant who on the Final Day is the first to demonstrably enter the correct six-digit code into the briefcase mechanism and thereby unlock it.
  7. In the event that:
    • no participant correctly enters the code on the Final Day, or
    • it is not possible to hand over the main prize due to reasons on the winner's side (e.g., discovery that the player violated the competition rules),
  8. The organizer is entitled to decide on further handling of the main prize (e.g., extension of the competition, donation, or forfeiture of the prize) and publish this information on their channels.

5.2 Leaderboard Participant Lottery (Points Competition)

  1. Alongside the main game, a points competition runs where participants collect points for activities described in Article 4 of these rules (profile completion, player and partner referrals, content sharing, etc.).
  2. From the start of the competition until the end of the competition (including the Final Day), a publicly accessible leaderboard will be available - a ranking of participants by validly earned points.
  3. From all participants included in the leaderboard, a lottery for three material prizes will take place, such that:
    • each participant is entered into the lottery as many times as they have points on the day the leaderboard closes (e.g., 50 points = 50 "tickets" in the lottery),
    • a participant with more points therefore has a proportionally higher probability of winning than a participant with fewer points.
  4. Three winners will be selected from this lottery:
    • 1st prize: iPhone 17 mobile phone
    • 2nd prize: voucher worth 5,000 CZK for services ordered through the FixIt platform (detailed voucher usage conditions will be set by the organizer),
    • 3rd prize: FixIt promotional/marketing item (e.g., merch, small item with logo, etc.), at the organizer's choice.
  5. The lottery will take place after the leaderboard closes, within 3 days of the competition ending. The lottery method - electronic random number generator - will determine winners to maintain the principle of random selection corresponding to the point ratio.
  6. One participant can win at most one prize in the lottery; after winning a prize, they are automatically excluded from subsequent lottery rounds.
  7. Lottery results (name + first letter of surname, or nickname) may be published on the organizer's website and social networks in accordance with Article 7 (personal data).

5.3 General Prize Provisions

  1. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless the organizer explicitly states otherwise.
  2. Prizes are not legally enforceable.
  3. Additional details on prize handover and communication with winners are governed by Article 6 of these rules.

6. Prize Announcement and Handover

  1. Winners' names (in the format name + first letter of surname) will be published on the FixIt website / social networks within 3 days of the competition ending.
  2. Winners will also be contacted via email or phone provided during registration, within 2 days of the competition evaluation.
  3. Prizes will be handed over:
    • electronically (e.g., by sending a voucher / code), or
    • physically (by post or in-person pickup) depending on the prize type and agreement with the winner.
  4. If the winner does not respond within the organizer-specified period (e.g., 7 days) or does not provide cooperation necessary for prize handover, the prize claim expires and the organizer is entitled to select an alternate winner or not award the prize.

7. Personal Data Processing

  1. The controller of participants' personal data is the organizer.
  2. Personal data including name, surname, contact address, email, phone, and any other data provided as part of the competition, will be processed for these purposes:
    • competition organization,
    • competition evaluation,
    • contacting winners and prize handover,
    • possible publication of winner's name and initials on the organizer's marketing channels.
  3. The legal basis for processing is contract performance (competition participation) and the organizer's legitimate interest (informing about winners).
  4. Detailed information on personal data processing and participants' rights can be found in the "Personal Data Processing Policy" available at /soutez/privacy-policy.

8. Liability and Participant Exclusion

  1. The organizer is not liable for technical errors, outages, or limitations that prevent participation in the competition (e.g., internet outages, social network errors, platform unavailability, etc.).
  2. The organizer is entitled to exclude from the competition any participant suspected of:
    • violating these rules,
    • circumventing the rules or scoring system,
    • acting contrary to good morals or damaging the organizer's reputation.
  3. An excluded participant loses the right to all points and prizes.

9. Rule Changes and Competition Termination

  1. The organizer reserves the right to modify, supplement, or terminate the competition early, especially in the event of:
    • force majeure,
    • fraudulent behavior by participants on a larger scale,
    • other serious reasons.
  2. The current version of the rules will always be published at www.fixit.app/soutez.
  3. Changes to the rules or early termination of the competition do not entitle participants to any compensation.

10. Final Provisions

  1. By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these rules.
  2. The rules are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  3. In case of dispute regarding the competition, the organizer's decision is final.
