Who can do what: company roles
Every member has a role that decides what they see and change. Company management — the team, payouts, overviews and settings — belongs to the owner and administrators. Craftsmen focus on jobs and see their own earnings.

Ownership transfer and deletion stay with the owner
You can transfer company ownership to any active team member at any time. Company deletion can be requested right in settings — we honour requests within 3 days.
Team and invites
You invite new people by e-mail straight from the mobile app — the invite carries a role (employee or administrator) and also shows up as a code and QR, so joining takes a few taps. Pending invites can be revoked at any time.
For each member you then set which services they can do, and their travel rates if needed. The web shows the whole team with ratings and status; role changes and deactivation happen in the app.
Live overview: who is doing what right now
The team activity overview shows in real time who is available, who is driving to a job or working, how many jobs they have scheduled today and how many they completed. Click through to each person for their period earnings and their current, scheduled and past jobs.
Company earnings and exports
The earnings section totals completed jobs and your people’s payouts for the month, broken down per member. Download everything as CSV for your spreadsheet or as a PDF overview. Each employee also gets their own view — just their jobs and their money.
Payroll periods: from opening to bank order
You run your people’s payouts through payroll periods. Open the current month, FixIt sums up everyone’s earnings, and you finish the rest:
Open the period
One click creates the payroll period for the current month — FixIt loads every member’s earnings into it.
Fine-tune the lines
For each person you can adjust the amount (bonus or deduction), add a note and fill in the IBAN for the payout.
Finalize the period
Finalizing locks the lines. FixIt warns you if anyone is missing an IBAN.
Download the paperwork
You get a CSV breakdown and a ready-made SEPA bank order (XML) to upload to your internet banking.
Tick off what’s paid
Mark each line as paid — or as bounced, if a payment came back and needs another look.
You send the money
FixIt calculates the payouts and prepares the bank order, but you send the money from your company account. Payroll accounting, taxes and levies for your employees remain the company’s duty.
Documents and invoices
Company documents hold the partner agreement (with version history and online re-signing) and documents awaiting signature. Tax documents collect the customer invoices issued by the platform on your behalf, FixIt commission invoices and any credit notes — commission invoices download individually as PDFs.
Profile, website import and publishing
Settings cover billing details, basic info, address and photos. If you already have a company website, FixIt can import your services, opening hours and bio from it — the draft is presented for review and nothing is applied without your confirmation.
A verified company can publish itself in the customer catalogue at any time — and unpublish again. Both are reversible and fully in your hands.
FAQ
- Who can manage payouts and see company-wide earnings?
- Only the owner and administrators. Employees see just their own earnings and jobs.
- How do I invite a new craftsman to the company?
- Send an e-mail invite from the mobile app and pick a role. The invite doubles as a code and QR, so the new member joins instantly. Pending invites can be revoked.
- Can FixIt send the payouts for me?
- No — FixIt calculates the payouts and generates a SEPA bank order you upload to your banking. Sending the money and payroll accounting stay with the company.
- Can I temporarily hide the company from the catalogue?
- Yes. Publishing is reversible — unpublish any time and publish again later.
