How much does posting a job cost?

Posting is free and non-binding. You only pay for the work itself, which you agree on with the pro.

Do I have to register?

Not on the website. Just describe your job and leave an email. To finish and arrange things with a pro, you open your job in the FixIt app.

How does my job get into the app?

After you submit, you'll get a QR code and a link by email. Scanning it or tapping the link opens the job in the app, where you claim it.

How long do I have to claim it?

The link and the QR code are valid for 14 days and can be used once. If they expire, you simply post the job again.

Who will do the work for me?

Verified pros and gig workers near you. For each one you can see their profile and ratings from previous customers.

What do "As soon as possible" and "I'll pick a time" mean?

"As soon as possible" sends the job to pros right away, and the first one to accept gets started. "I'll pick a time" instead lets you arrange a specific time.
